With more than 14 years of experience in the insurance industry, Joshua Sloane is dedicated to helping individuals and families protect what matters most. As Director of Personal Lines at Garzella Group, he works closely with clients to develop personalized insurance solutions for their home, auto, life, and other personal insurance needs. His client-first approach and commitment to exceptional service help make the insurance process straightforward and stress-free.

Before joining Garzella Group, Joshua successfully owned and operated a Farmers Insurance agency for nearly a decade, where he built one of Arizona’s top-performing agencies. He consistently ranked among the state’s top producers, earned multiple Achievement Club honors, and grew his agency to more than 2,400 policies. His leadership experience also includes managing and mentoring high-performing teams, developing innovative sales strategies, and helping insurance professionals achieve exceptional results.

Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Regional Development from the University of Arizona and is licensed in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health insurance. His background in agency ownership, operations, and client service gives him a well-rounded perspective that allows him to provide thoughtful guidance and customized coverage solutions for every stage of life.

Outside of work, Joshua enjoys spending time with family, connecting with his community, and building lasting relationships with the clients he proudly serves.
