Daniel Garzella

With a passion for mentorship and helping others thrive, Dan Garzella has built a successful career both as a business leader and a father. In 2014, he founded The Garzella Group, an independent insurance brokerage, after being recognized as one of America’s top commercial insurance agents for five consecutive years. Beyond his professional achievements, Dan takes great pride in guiding his staff to success and teaching his young son, Rocco, the values of strength and happiness.

Garzella built his business on three key principles: “Faith and patience,” “Never give up,” and “Believe in others.” His original inspiration was a book given to him by his father when he started his insurance company: How to Master the Art of Selling by Tom Hopkins.
